We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Healthcare Technology Modernization Startup. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including the development of new healthcare products, management of our technology team, and leading our efforts to modernize legacy healthcare technologies.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the technical strategy for our healthcare technology modernization startup, aligning it with the business goals and objectives, with a specific focus on modernizing healthcare technologies.
• Lead and manage the technology team, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other senior executives to define product roadmaps, priorities, and deliverables, with an emphasis on healthcare compliance and security.
• Drive the product development process from concept to launch and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead our efforts to modernize legacy healthcare technologies, including migrating clients' commercial software and data centers to the public cloud, overcoming challenges related to data privacy, compliance, and security.
• Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, with a focus on healthcare compliance and security.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks that can improve our product development and delivery processes, with an emphasis on modernizing legacy healthcare technologies.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our healthcare technology infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our technical capabilities are communicated effectively to healthcare customers and prospects.
• Identify and manage technical risks and challenges, and provide solutions to mitigate them, with a focus on healthcare compliance and security.
• Manage relationships with cloud service providers and other third-party vendors to ensure that our infrastructure and services are meeting our needs.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a CTO or VP of Engineering position.
• Experience in building and managing high-performance engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and career development.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and related technologies, with a specific focus on modernizing legacy healthcare technologies.
• Experience in leading efforts to modernize legacy healthcare technologies, including migrating clients' commercial software and data centers to the public cloud, overcoming challenges related to data privacy, compliance, and security.
• Experience in designing and building highly scalable, distributed systems that can handle large volumes of healthcare data and traffic.
• Experience in building and deploying healthcare products on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in managed cloud services and familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs), cloud security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including healthcare compliance and security teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary leader to join us as Director of Digital Modernization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our healthcare client's digital transformation initiatives, migrating their applications and ecosystems to the public cloud, and leading the modernization of their digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architect and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for our clients, focusing on cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and digital innovation.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current system landscapes, performing gap analyses and developing cloud migration and modernization roadmaps.
3. Engage with senior stakeholders, present strategic proposals and progress reports, and influence key decision-making processes.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all technology and business processes.
5. Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure services and solutions are effectively integrated and meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

4. Extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a clear understanding of healthcare systems and their regulatory environments.
5. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive teams and influence stakeholders.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
8. Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Cloud Architecture (AWS, Google, Azure), and ITIL are desirable.
